Article 4: Intellectual Property The entire infrastructure, including data models, source codes, and algorithms, is the exclusive property of Mirror Invest Fiscal. Any reverse engineering or automated extraction (scraping) is strictly prohibited.
Article 5: Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by French law, Mirror Invest Fiscal shall not be liable for technical interruptions, API latency, or inaccuracies in third-party data feeds, nor for Force Majeure events, including massive cyberattacks.
Article 6: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction This agreement is exclusively governed by French law. Any dispute not settled amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
